5 Inch gauge 040 industrial bodied Trojan.
Ride on railways industrial bodied Trojan. This is an exeptionally powerful loco driving both axles through 4 motors. It is possible to pull several adults on all kinds of gradients without any sign of overheating from either the motors or the control board.
Loco is finished in green with front industrial coupler, side louvres, exhaust, air filter, radiator cap doors and a very loud horn.
Power is controlled through a 4QD 120 amp controller with regenerative braking automatic on slowdown, complete with two remote hand control units. There is also a second potentiometer fitted inside the body to regulate the maximum speed in case children (or crazy adults) want to have a drive. The body conceals two standard size car batteries and these are included. There is also a battery condition meter and a removeable isolator switch.
Wheels also have industrial cranks and connecting rods but both axles are driven from the motors.
A fantastic loco with quite a short wheel base able to contend with 10ft radius curves but will also keep up with the largest electric on the club track. Everything is included to start driving as soon as you get home.
